Courtyard Commons is a local-experiences marketplace based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We connect guests with independent local hosts who run small-group sessions including market tours, seasonal cooking workshops, guided evening walks, and related community experiences. We also provide on-site media production services for experience hosts. All sessions are leisure and community activities; no regulated professional services are offered or implied.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking or send an enquiry through this site. By submitting your details you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You agree not to use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or disruptive.

4. Bookings and payments

Session prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and reflect the per-person or per-session rate set by the host. Prices are confirmed in writing before payment is requested. We aim to confirm availability within one working day of receiving an enquiry. Payment instructions are included with the booking confirmation. Courtyard Commons acts as a facilitator; the experience itself is delivered by the individual host.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible:

• More than 48 hours before the session: rescheduling is generally straightforward with no charge.
• Within 48 hours of the session: cancellation terms depend on the host's situation. Some sessions involve ingredient purchases or advance preparation. We will communicate any applicable charges before finalising the cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if a host becomes unavailable. In that case, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any amount already paid.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout, and the Courtyard Commons name and visual identity — belongs to us or our content suppliers. You may share links to our pages but may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, post false or misleading information, or engage in any conduct that could harm the platform or other users. We reserve the right to decline bookings or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sessions are provided as recreational community activities. We make no representations about outcomes or suitability for specific purposes beyond what is described in each listing. While we take reasonable care in selecting and monitoring hosts, we are not liable for the independent actions of third-party hosts during their sessions. To the extent permitted under applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or participation in a session is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

10. Governing law
